Bones the wise one has spoken again.
Absolute first class advice.
Make sure you get as many people on your side as possible. We have had similar problems, but not quite so severe but our manager is usually the first to come up and let you know what can and cant be done or has not been done as is the case. However you always get one of the staff who doesnt care or is awkward.
I know weve got one. One night we had mega-problems with our lane and she came up and said you'll have to call it a night as we cant fix your lane and I cant give you another lane today to finish your game. We had 1 game left and she didnt know the assistant manager was bowling on the other team as he was in the back trying to fix the lane.
He came out and gave her a bit of a telling off and she soon found us a lane.
