I know im not alone when i say that ive had a few balls over the years that just seemed perfect for me, from the drilling to surface prep and everything in between. It all just matched up for a ball and reaction that was useable on pretty much everything but the extremes. What sucks is when something happens to them and they crack, or just die because of a ton of games.
A prime example for me was the Storm Trifecta. That was a strong ball, but for me it was smooth and strong with a continous backend. I could use this ball on most everything but the drier shots. It ended up cracking, and i got a replacement with dang near the exact specs before drilling, and i even went with the same pattern, and they werent even close, the second ball was not even close reaction wise.
My question is this: Why is that original reaction from the first ball so hard to copy on the second ball?? Is is more mental you think?
