How much do you think it costs??
« on: July 30, 2003, 03:22:09 AM »
How much do you think it actually costs a ball manufacturer to make a ball?? All factors considered: materials, time, research and development, production etc... Lets use a high performance ball. You pick the ball and breakdown the cost.

How am I supposed to knock all 10 down with one ball?!?

Del Warren said in a Pro Shop seminar once that the morpheous core cost $30,000 to design. That is the core alone. Plus he has to pay Columbia to produce Track's bowling balls. Plastic costs around $20.00 per ball to make and everything else is around $40 - $50 according to sources that I've talked to.
