Just curious on what everyone else uses and how they feel about their inserts...

I use Tenth Frame, but I can't get good clean revs on the ball all the time, and may go to Vise inserts soon because I hear they help revs...

I know people out there use Vise, Contour, Turbo, 10th Frame, etc. so I was curious to see what inserts are used in majority and what people's opinions are...

I dont use any type of inserts, I get very good revs on all my balls, since I started to bowl my proshop owner told me that inserts weaken the ball and may hurt your fingers... So, I never got interested in them... But I tried a friends ball with inserts and you really get more revs...

don't use grips. Personally didn't see much difference in change. When I did use grips, I was using Turbo 2n1 Power Oval.

Now... it's just no grips, and a 1 1/4" Vise Urethane slug on every ball.
