practice routines
« on: February 03, 2004, 03:41:43 AM »
Hello all. I am a high 190 low 200 average bowler who drastically wants to improve his game. I was wondering if any one could give me some help maybe by suggesting some practice routines or anything else that may help. Thanks a lot.

practice spares first few games(really important-since if your throwing several games by yourself your spare shooting will go first-i tend to practice the 10, 3-10, washout, 2-8, 2-7, and 7), striking with your plastic for as long  as you can stand ringing the tens, then a couple of don't really matter keeping the arm loose and getting comfortable with a piece of equipment games. if i throw above 250 any time after the 3rd or 4th game I pack it up and get a crappacino for the drive home. and bones is right.
