What are some of the best ways to decrease loft and get ball on lane sooner?

Let the ball go! It is that simple... Make sure your thumb is out of the ball before it passes your sliding foot's ankle.

Reasons are manifold... Bad timing, topping the ball, wrong pizches or hole size... a coach should analyse your game - or post a video of yours, that would make diagnosis easier.

if you are using lifts on your inserts, try ovals.  the famous Rich Weber told me to make sure you throw the ball into the lane and not on the lane.  imagine yourself driving the ball into the lane and see if that helps.  i have used his advice for myself and other customers or friends and it seems to work.
