General Team tip on Tougher shots
« on: September 29, 2003, 05:26:38 AM »
(While I am sure this has come up before...)

If you find yourself bowling a team tournament on a tougher not walled shot, I have some small advice for you.  Assuming most guys on your team are the same hand, have everyone play the same line during practice, generally straight up 10.  Don't worry the forst 3 or 4 shots about a line to the hole.  This will burn up some of that oil and open the lane up a bit for your team!  (Just hope the other team doesn't catch on)!

Any "team" that knows what they are doing already knows this.  This has been the staple for success at the ABC Tournament for years.

Does this tip work if you are the only lefthander?

Or am I left by myself to battle the goo!

PS I'll try asking the guys to swing over and open up the shot for me!
PPS Even ones teammates wouldn't do that for a lefty!
