Bowling Oddity
« on: December 21, 2008, 05:00:40 AM »
Ok, let's just say that the past couple of weeks has been a struggle. No 600 sets in three weeks, and barely breaking 500 last Wednesday. Needless to say my average has been on the decline(224 down to 218).

So here is the thing. Last Wednesday I had a total of 11 strikes for the set. I had agreed to sub for a friend in a mixed league 2 days ago, but I didn't want to go. Plus they were having thier holiday party, so the pace was going to be a little slow.

So what happens? I come out of the gate with 300(my seventh). There's the oddity, more strikes in one game than the entire previous set. Ended the night with a 744, so maybe coming out of the slump, we shall see.

I was just wondering if anybody had something like this happen to them. I found it pretty funny. I'm sure I will get some ribbing from my regular teammates when we go back after the holidays.

Me stupid. Me believe anything. Please tell me what to do.
