Been using a Vise V1 wrist support for about a year now. Have used many over the years- Original Cobra, Storm Strong Arm, Robby's 3, etc., and although I have had varying degrees of success with them, they usually fail around the "replaceable" parts- straps, velcro. So far after a full season and half, the Vise V1 is holding up well, and I have been bowling great with it. However, a couple weeks ago I noticed the metal pin that locks the adjustment wheel was missing. I don't make changes to the glove so I don't know how long it has been missing. I sent an e-mail to Vise to see about getting a replacement since there would be no way to tighten it back up if the wheel came loose. Gary Nakashima was quick to reply and said too send him my address and he would send one out. I did and recieved the replacement pin AND the wheel at no charge! Excellent customer service from the guys at Vise. Thanks again Gary!
