Even though the International Research & Training Center in Arlington doesn't have anything specific dealing with bowling injuries, they could potentially be a resource.  http://www.bowlingitrc.com/

As for actual doctors, you may want to check out Texas Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Group.  They have multiple specialists and could most likely take care of anything you need.  http://www.txsportsmed.com/default.php

Another option is Dallas Sports Medicine Specialists.  They are a smaller practice and focus more on knee injuries, but can also do many other procedures, including treatment with the shoulders.  http://www.ohmyknee.com/about.php

**Disclaimer: I have not been treated or seen by any of the specialists at either of these places as I do not live in DFW.  These places only came up when doing a Google search as some of the more prominent places.
