interesting house ball
« on: June 04, 2010, 04:06:55 PM »
Hey, I was watching a video about two bands bowling, and some of the house balls they had were gray with a large blue glow in the dark stripe all the way around.  Would anyone happen to know who makes these balls?

Here's the video if you want to watch, it isn't the only house ball used, but it is one of them.

According to James, the striped balls retail for $57 each, and shipping around the USA is about $20 depending on the weight.

So, are you saying that they WILL sell them individually?

And, are they USBC approved? If not, you can't use them in leagues.

Yes, they will sell individually, and yes, according to their website, they are USBC approved.  It doesn't say the balls specifically are, but it says that the company as a whole is.

Yes, but the picture doesn''t show the USBC logo or the star, so I just wondered. I also looked, but didn''t see them on the USBC approved list.
