it took me quite a while. 6-8 weeks i think.

but well worth the wait! I love BTM! learned a great deal from their articles.

Thanks for the replies. I emailed them and never got a response. I am subscribe to Bowlers Journal and I forgot to renew it but emailed and asked if I could get the mags I missed and they sent them to me for free.

10 weeks so far since subscription, no issues, no answers to emails, and no returns of 3 voice mails already.  Nice business they run there.  "All our reps are on the line, please leave a message".  How about "please hold until one is available because we really won't call you back".
