Well, I got back to bowling almost a month ago, after taking quite some time off for pnuemonia. Not fun coming back after that long of break and knowing you are throwing it like crap, lol

Anyways, I've got a little bit of what I had before my hospital visit back, and was wanting some advice on other things I need to work on to get back to my old self quicker.

The ball i'm using is a Raging Inferno, currently the only ball i've had fixed to fit my new sized thumb. It's hard going from huge arsenal to one ball

Alright, finally got the new video up. Hopefully it helps a little more. And yes, I still want your opinions Jeff, gold certified coach or not . heehee

Anyways, as you can see in this video, i'm quite overweight, and being so, knee bend doesn't come as easy as I'd like. But that problem will be fixed by the end of summer, if all goes well

Yeah, I do kinda hop a little. I was kinda nervous at the time (Would have been first 300 in front of parents), but it's definately something I'll try to get rid of. Thanks

I don't know much about bowling but I wouldn't say you are "quite overweight".  I have seen some REAL big guys on the lanes before... would make you look like a midget lmao.  You shouldn't have much problem with more knee bend, just hit the weight room a few times a week to help
