Finally got to bowl in our tuesday night classic. My 5 man team made of the best of the best juniors in the area. We got placed against probably one of the premier teams in the league.

First game we shoot 1100 even and beat them by 100,

Second game we were down 170 in the 6th frame when we all started stringing and came back to win by 70.

On an 8 point system we have 4 points already with one game left to go, so we are pretty confident to get 6.

Boy did we think wrong, they must not have been happy about a bunch of younguns hurtin em because they shot 1285 the last game to win total from us by 8 pins. we shot a low 1100, but my god i've never seen anything like what they did to us, four of their bowlers had the front 5, 2 had the front 9, one shot 289, two 279's, and some other just amazing scores.

We shot well, 60 or 70 pins over our entering 1050 average, but just wow. Can't say much except great bowling, and good to see alot of good competition in the league. And never assume anythin when it comes to seasoned veterans, because..just wow.
