I was looking to see how others are battling over/under or wet/dry as I was told to call it

"Over/Under" is what your ball is doing.
"wet/Dry" is a lane condition.

EITHER
you get a rougher surface (and/or a stronger pin position) ball than the one you are throwing, you move deeper and try to get it to start up before it hits the sensitive area,
OR
You get a stronger, backending more polished ball (either pearl, hybrid or solid) and yo go around the sensitive area.

Over/under is how the ball reacts. Over-reacting or under-reacting. Wet/dry is the lane condition.

Not being a smart-mouth, just clarifying. Either way to say it is acceptable around my area.

one thing to do is, get a ball that is drilled pin-down and has some surface on it, to help it get into a roll earlier..

another is to move deeper to play the oil more...

another thing to remember is the Surface on the ball is to take away the left turn reaction you will get when you hit the dry....
