Does BTM take longer to get on the East Coast?
« on: December 27, 2004, 06:03:35 PM »
Just curious if most of the people who subscribe to Bowling This Month magazine (especially those on the East Coast) have received the December issue yet? I know with the holidays it can take a little longer, I just wanted to make sure my copy didn't get lost in the post office shuffle...

And to those that do have this month's issue, what are some highlights to look forward to most in reading?

I think they're just always late cause I usually don't get mine till the end of the month or even the beginning of next month.  (California)

Yes, the East coast generally gets theirs as was initially intended, during the last days of the month. In NJ, I get mine sometime in the 25th - 29th time frame. I got my December one yesterday, the 27th.

Since they moved from Texas to Las Vegas, I assume they changed printers and distributors. When they were in Texas, I used to get mine a few days earlier on average, the 23rd - 26th.

Don't forget BTM's policy: If you don't get it by the first of the following month, call their toll free number and they'll mail you one first class. That happened to me last month.

I used to get mine around the 20th, give or take a day or two. Seems for the past 2-3 months it is around the 25th, give or take a day or two.

I haven't received mine yet either, I was wondering the same thing. I usually get mine between the 21st and 27th.

I heard that some areas were deluged with Christmas mail this year because of online shopping, to the point that the post office was short on trucks. I guess when this kind of thing happens the thirdclass mail gets pushed aside until after the problem clears up.
