I did as well, earlier this week I could not access the PWBA tour replays.  I noted issue on BOWLTV page in FACEBOOK and received an immediate response and a work around link to view shows I wanted to see.  In addition, a notice was posted that they are working on the app and updates should be in place shortly to rectify any future issues.
