BowlU
« on: April 30, 2013, 09:20:48 AM »
I don't know if you guys have heard about this before, but it's something that Rick Benoit has developed over the last several years in the hopes that it will turn bowling around.  At first, I thought it would just be something that would only catch on with high level bowlers, but as it's matured, it's obvious he has a very clear vision on the direction the sport needs to go.  He has a very realistic and objective approach, but he has the knowledge, the drive, and the experience to make sure this appeals to everyone and that everyone will benefit from it.  With the PBA backing it, it will grow, but it really needs the support of everyone that is involved with this sport.  Doesn't matter if you average 120 or 220, doesn't matter if you bowl for fun or competitively, BowlU will make your experience with bowling better, period.

What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

These bowling "camps" are becoming quite popular.  Belmo and Diandra Asbaty have the International Art of Bowling bootcamps which are amazing.  I just attended one last February.

Storm has Storm University with Jeff Carter, Schlem, Del Ballard, and Rick Steelsmith coming to Springfield Illinois in June I think.

I'm sure there are others along with BowlU as well.  They all appear to be amazing programs with some awesome people involved.

This isn't just a camp, there are camps involved as part of it, but it's a movement.

Wow, that is a really bad website for me to navigate.  All of those social media buttons that stay in front of the pages as I try to scroll so I have trouble seeing what is on the page.   Hate those type of sites and I am not bookmarking that one.  Is it just my computer?

Yeah, it's a very annoying site.  They need to clean that up and make it more user friendly.
