Brand of bowling balls for low track/spinner bowlers

Is there one company better then another to help low track/spinner bowlers or one company that makes scoring more difficult for low ttrack/spinner bowlers.

Example, Brunswick use to put the ball into an earlier roll helping a low track bowler.  I think Storm pushes the ball further and would be more difficult to use for a low track bowler.  

I know all companies try to have a line up to work with all styles of bowlers, but is one a little better for low track/spinner bowlers or can this be compensated by ball drilling?

I think all the companies have such versatile lines up and down that there really isn't only one. I do believe all companies can fill the needs currently, well at least the big ones can.

I agree, there's plenty of brands that provide balls that would work well for low track bowlers.  Brunswick, Columbia, and Hammer come to mind first as they have the most options that I can think of.

The company I see that doesn't work well for me is Lane 1 as pertained to an oil ball.  I have great success with Lane 1 on most conditions but my lower ball track, Lane 1 and oil does not match up.  I didn't match up well with Storm for longer oil until the Virtual Gravity. I had a lot of success with Brunswick of earlier days, but refuse to throw Brunswick now.

i agree with razr i have 2 teamates that are low trackers/spinners and they both throw hammer. but i would think that any brand could work with the right drilling.

There's a few guys in my league who could barely get the ball to wrinkle before buying MoRich equipment.  If you spin the ball or are speed dominant, the cores in those things rev up so much easier.  You still have to find a pro shop good at laying out strong asymmetric equipment, but I think it would be a worthwhile investment.

I my self have a low track of 3½ but a high rev. and the best bals that suit me is he stronger cores with week drillings 5-6" but with low mb angles. between 20 and 45. and company wise. i would go for Morich and some of there levrg balls. or the resurgence/momentum/swing series from columbia. they are the one with best success for me

Strong MB cores can help a spinner create the roll that is normally missing with this release type. So, older MoRich equipment is a good choice - the newer balls have more harmless cores, so there's no real benefit.
Low RG cores are helpful, too, because the deliver the stored energy more easily - the strong MB benefits from this, too, with quick axis migration. There's plenty stuff to chose from.

Barry,

While many people site examples of a ball or two from this company or that that did not "roll correctly" for them,
I honestly think it has more to do with using the correct drilling and the correct surface on each ball based on its design, your release/delivery and the oil on which you intend to use it.

When people just put their favorite drill on a ball WITHOUT regard to the design of the ball, they're almost dooming themselves to failure from the start. The only time this is a valid option is if you don't know anything about the ball AND this first drilling is just a test PLUS you will be willing to use several surfaces AND at least one re-drilling to find this ball's best utility.

is your ball speed measured off your hand or by the scoring system?
speed to revrate ratio, rotation and tilt=player
lane surface type/age and oil length/volume/ratio=the course
the goal is to match them up!
decide, commit, perform, observe, evaluate...
wash, rinse & repeat

For these types of players I have drilled a Hammer Jigsaw that had 5 inch pins to start. I then used a layout of 55° drill angle 5 1/2" pin to PAP and a 25° VAL angle.

This ball stands up for them like no other ball they have ever had. typically has given them 6-8 more boards than their strongest ball.

I understand but I don't completely agree.  I think low track/spinner bowlers have better luck with solid bowling balls to start. Secondly I think that low track bowlers have better luck with bowling balls with large/heavy weight blocks.  I also think that low track bowlers have better luck with low RG high differntal bowling balls then high RG low differential bowling balls.  I think the combination of a tall weightblock or/and a small weightblock in most cases is not the best ball for a bowler with a low ball track.  This especially in longer oil.  Shorter or lighter oil works best for low track bowlers, imho.

So imho, bowling balls like Lane 1 and Lanemasters are the best for low track bowlers.
