on this grip do they set it up with the ring finger drilled as a semi finger tip or is it actual conventional grip.  Can someone let me know about it for sure.  

and if im understanding it right my current span is 4 9/16 by 4 11/16 so should i go about 4 3/16 if thats where the conventional grip would measure out to
