broken handle

Has anybody had any trouble with there 4 ball handle?
My Storm handle won't go down anymore. I tried taking it apart
to see if I could fix it but I couldn't get to where it was broken.
I called Storm to see about a replacement handle they said it would
cost me 30 bucks shipped. I'm tring to save the money. Any help would be
great. Thanks

The handle on my Ebonite bag broke and I had to buy a new bag.
