My bowling center manager has noted my dedication and potential and, after talking with the Youth and High school Director, offered to pay my entry fee; of course, I'll be giving back to the community and those lanes. I'm STOKED !!!
Any BR roomies going to that training ???

That's a long way to go for the Bronze.  Surprised they don't have one in the St. Louis area.  I took the Ritger certifications at St. Clair bowl a couple years ago so know about the travel.  The new Bronze from what I hear is tough.  A large portion of my Bronze class did not pass.  I just took the Level 1 and 2 in Rogers Arkansas and it was pretty good.  Funny thing being a Silver Coach and taking 1 & 2 for the first time.  Have fun but be prepared.

Thanx for the reply and that input ... I'll take that advice to heart. Regarding the distance, it's the closest of the four this year; the others are in Fresno, Orlando, and Las Vegas (guess where the other guys want to go !!!)
Again, thanx for your recommendations and the headsup.

Hopefully I'll be in Vegas this year!!!  I need my IPBSIA and the ASEP first aid courses and maybe I will be lucky enough to get my Gold level.  I've been coaching solid 2 to 4 nights a week for the last 3 years and love it.  I have found I enjoy it more than actually bowling myself.

The USBC Coaching Program offers three core levels of certification for coaching: Level I, Bronze and Silver. The prerequisite for attending the Bronze class is successful completion of the USBC Coaching Level I course or past Young American Bowling Alliance Level I certification.

Found what I was looking for .. Thanks!
