Which of these coverstocks is the stronger of the two . Does anyone have both of these drilled in a similar manner, if so what kind of reaction are you getting from them? Thanks in advance for any info

The Perpetual Motion, I believe, uses the Evil Siege cover.  I have a Perpetual Motion drilled 60x4x35 with a p2.5 hole.  I kept it out of the box (1000 rough buff).  It hooks a fair amount but its not overly jumpy off of the breakpoint.  It has a low rg so it wants to start rolling early.  Its one of the smoother balls I have.  I typically use this ball on a house shot on worn synthetics.  My typical line is 15 at the arrows and 8 at the breakpoint.  (I throw it about 17.5mph with approx 375 rpms).  Hope this helps.  Also, check out the PM video at morichbowling.com for drilling ideas.

I have been comparing them, via the BTM ball reviews, because both balls seem very similar. (By the way you can throw in the Columbia Burst into this mix also.)

Both are polished balls with very low RGs and both seem, according to BTM, to be medium oil balls with a relatively controlled, but not mild backends.

 

I have been considering them, BUT I already have a Burst, sitting waiting to be drilled. All three seem to have similar natures. 

 

I remain ... wondering.
