Title: BRUNSWICK BAG WARRANTY

HOW DO YOU GET BRUNSWICK TO MAKE GOOD ON THEIR 5 YEAR BAG WARRANTY? I HAVE A 6 BALL BAG NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND THE WHEEL FELL OFF!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT

I had the same problem... I emailed them and within 1 week I had a new axle, bearings, wheels and snap caps. They were VERY quick when I suggested that I would be sending the bag back to them if I did not have replacement parts within a short amount of time. (it broke 2 weeks before states.)

did you buy it online or at a pro shop ?  the proshop will probably be able to get you help quicker.

I got mine online, and still had the parts within a week.

SO I would guess that this guy did not contact Brunswick before coming on here and checking out how to.

hey guys thanks for the info i emailed them to let them know that i needed the spacers and snap caps for the wheel now we'll see what happens thanks all again
