I’ve got a strange situation going on right now.

I bowl in a 3 person league that is in one house. I have struggled a little this year with the shot in this house but I’m doing ok.

My scratch league went to traveling. It is an eight team league, bowled at 7 different houses, and it is second shift. We bowl a round robin with a position round. My home house is one of the houses we bowl at.

The thing that is odd (at least to me) is that my average in the travel league is higher than at my home house. Always before my 3 person average has been as high or higher. The travel league conditions vary wildly. We bowl on fresh, after open bowling, after mixed leagues, after 5 person women leagues, and after 5 person men’s leagues. The shot has varied from the 6 board to the 25th board over the year so it is not a case that I just match better at a house somewhere.

I’ve about decided that my home house (3-person league) shot must the be one shot I match up the poorest on.
