Who has NOT received their BTM for April yet........

Mine hasn't shown up yet,....just wondering, thanks..

Dontcha know yet Jeff?  You were the lucky subscriber chosen for delayed delivery this month  

Call them up.  When I had a problem with the renewal (and change of address which actually caused the problem with the renewal), they were good to work with on the phone and resolved the problem real quick.

OK, but I'm not new and don't have a change of address.....it's strange, they don't have April's issue on the Website either.....mmmmmmm

I got mine just a few days ago.  I have occasionally gotten them a few days into the month after the cover month on the magazine--usually right after I buy one at the pro shop.

Jeff...you miss my point.  Their customer service staff are great.  If there is a problem, they believe in quick resolution

I wasn't new either...just that the address change munged the process of getting the magazine to my mailbox.  That it happened at renewal time just made things worse and caused me to miss two issues, which they saw to it that I got replacements for at the subscription price instead of back-issue pricing.  Christine Thomas was who I spoke with over there...

thanks Michelle, just spoke with them......you're right, great people...they said it's on the way, and that some months you'll received it on the 1st or 2nd of the month......THANKS AGAIN......
