Yes, you could go to someone local but if you are like me and want the same feel in the thumbhole every time without using a Vise It or similar system then their Ultimate Thumb is the answer. I can't find that system anywhere local.

Their prices are very reasonable and sometimes great deals on multiple bowling balls. During the holidays they have a lot of clearance bowling balls that you can pick up as gifts also.
