One of my favorite things to do on conditions like that, (we have a ton of them out here) is to start shooting at spares. if you use a spare ball then it shouldn't matter what the condition is. play some low ball or do something like that. I too enjoy shadow bowling. I bowl on a league over at Boise State University. And a deal that the manager there gives his league bowlers is free bowling sunday thru thursday any time, for free, as long as we don't turn on the scorers. So i'll go down there 2-3 times a week and just have them turn on the lanes in back without the scores and bowl somewhere between 5-10 games. only problem is its about a half hour drive out there and with todays gas prices that gets a little spendy, but not as spendy as if i were to have to actually pay for the bowling.
. But honestly there are several things you can do on shots like that. you just can't worry about your score. simple as that.

Her(what I hear):Blah blah blah blah blah BOWLING blah blah.
Me: What did you say about bowling?
Her: I didn't say bowling I said, DRIVING, I'm tired of driving.
Me: Ohhh. Nevermind.
