Might be a dumb question, but how do you know if you need some sort of wrist support? What is their purpose? I see a lot of guys wearing them and just wondered. thanks!

There are 2 types of supports. The adjustable (moro pro release, robbys revs) and the leather of vinyl type (robbys). The leather type is mainly used to support a weak of injured wrist. The adjustable type may also be used for a weak wrist but many people also use them to help create more rev's, side roll or to keep the wrist from braking during release. They're not for everyone and can take some getting used to.
