Anyone else ever do this?

I'm a senior in high school and i was practicing for a county tournament and was playing 62 (shoot 10 pin first ball then 7 pin second  ball and lowest score wins;if you gutter first ball, you get a strike and if you gutter your second ball, its a spare)now that ive cleared up some specs this is what i did.

after 4 frames of semi good shots, on my first shot, i kicked out the ten into the seven pin, technically converting the imfamous 7-10 split, w/o knocking over any other pins. This was quite a shock. Anyone else ever do it like this or on a variation like on a big four or greek church.



Now all i have to do is convert it when i counts!

No, but I have converted the 7-10 twice. Your shot would be cool to see though.

I did the exact same thing! This is the only time in 41 years of bowling that I picked it up.Even though I've had lots of opportunities!

I've chopped the 7-10 off the big four once.

Never practiced that but I should when I start up again. However it would be cool to see what you did. To bad you were not filming it.

i saw my friend pick up the 7-10 like u did and i picked up the greek church one or twice doin, what we in NC call it, low ball games..

its quite fun and ur spare game in bowling realy goes up a lot lol

never did it with others pins standing, but this past Monday in league I picked up the 7-10. A teammate earlier in the league this year on his first ball nailed the 7 pin and somehow it shot out of the deck and hit the 10. To this day I don't know how he didn't knock anything else down.
