NO EBONITE WINS ON TOUR

is anyone else happy to see EBONITE being blanked so far this year on tour? they have a few appearences, but count em... 0 wins on telecasts. storm/roto grip and brunswick have seemed to have certain things figured out thus far.

i think its more the staff. the two big guys for ebo (tj and couch) are both injured in some way. couch's knee is still bothering him and i guess tommy with his wrist. jones wrecked at the weber cup with the NVD shooting the third 300 ever in that tournament so the stuff cant be that bad.

hogwash janderson and Gazoo......Track has one of the best balls(imo)out here now(Up-rising)and the fact of the matter that ebonite has not had a winner doesnt mean their equipment is trash!!!i think if the winners of the tournaments used some of the new ebonite balls(track,columbia 300 and hammer)they would win those same said tournaments.if wes malott was throwing a up-rising he probably would have won EVERY tournament so far!!!

I think you have failed to understand the intended sarcasm of janderson's post with regard to Ebonite which I am a big fan of their equipment.

Because Ebonite is full of garbage bowling balls.  They are the Microsoft of the bowling industry.  Their balls are rarely revolutionary, many are just 'updates' of previous ones, and most are overrated.  There are only a few Ebonite balls that I ever respected in my life:

-The One (not the series, just the original ball)
-V2
-Matrix Series

Everything else has been absolute crap.

And BTW, although I loved The One, check out my pic link in my sig for what happens when 200lbs of muscle launches the ball with sick revs 20 mph to the pocket for a strike - ball comes back split in half LOL!
