I also use a magnetic bracelet. It does seem to help a lot with the pain. Can't say it's done much for the healing process, though.
and another by the way - a 6-10 pound weight is too heavy for a lot of us with the pain in the wrist and elbow. I use either a 1 or 2 pound weight.
I hold it between the palm of my hand and my fingers.
First position - palm up. Lift the weight 5-10 times - three sets.
Second - palm down. Same reps/sets.
Third - palm facing in - same reps/sets.
I try to do these a couple of times a day, after stretches. I ice afterwards.
I haven't been real diligent with the exercises, but I plan to get better at doing them, when the pain eases up.
