Gaps
« on: April 11, 2008, 10:06:55 AM »
I have to gaps in my bag I am looking to fill. I personally like Roto or Storm but I am willing to look at everything.

Shined:
Elite Black Label polished
Smokin' Inferno
GAP
Roto Grip Mecury

Dull:
Cell
Pro CG Cell
Hammer 3d High Rev
GAP
BVP Nemesis

Any ideas? I will take a look at anything.

storm rapid fire for the polished & visionary gladiator-not the pearl one, for the dull side

I'm not familiar w/the 3d High Rev, so I'll give you 2 options just below the Cell for dull in my opinion:  Special Agent or T-Road Solid.  Both balls are great & very versatile.

For shined:  Just above the Mercury I would say the Spitfire.  These are my opinions.

Avalanche Solid would fill the shined gap nicely!

The way I work my system is I like to have a gradient in general of 3 boards difference between each ball. I'm looking for a shined ball that will have the same length as my Mercury but have a stronger back end. I have been thinking about going with a long pin Venus. For the dull, both the hammer and the nemesis are very smooth. There is about a 7 or 8 board difference between them and I want something to sit in the middle of that gap. It would be a good solid medium oil ball.
