Hi all. I have not been bowling in at least a month.
Started season by joining 2 leagues and have found something that makes me not think about bowling. Turns out my love of the game was not really that at all. My "love" of the game stemmed from my hate of a relationship that we both knew was going NO WHERE. It was the way out for me. I have since found a wonderful loving woman that makes me feel like there is not another woman in the world. Guess what. I have NO desire to go to the bowling alley or the bar or the pool hall anymore, and thats what I lived for until my wife left. I am thankful for the chance at another relationship and will never take this woman for granted. Its not good to say this but I am also thankful that my wife left me because as good a friend as she was we were not meant to be together, its sad there are kids involved but they are a ton happier that they don't have to see us bickering and fighting. I guess I am just trying to tell you all if you have someone that loves you but hates the fact that your doing something a lot make sure you tell her you appreciate her and that you love her, and take some time off and see if you really "have" to bowl those 4 nights a week.......or even 2 nights. I know I don't "have" to do anything any longer except love and be loved, and thats all that matters in this life.
Hopefully this will make some of you think if it is really worth it... if you have a relationship that is on the rocks.... I have seen a few other guys on here asking for advice....... so here is mine...... take it however you want it.

Buzzhead,

I was one of those in need of advice as well,I havent
bowled(aka PRATICE),in over a month,not beceuase
of love.In my case lack of it,BUT I'm still here!!!
Like the ""Wilson Phillips song"",uuh ""Hold on for
one more day"".

It was financial,sooooooo if I'm reading your ""Tail end"" of
youe post right,ummmmm.For starters,keep doing what you are
doing,when the time is right,show this new person about the
bowling way!!I'm sure you have not totally lost it in your skills
or desire,its there.When the LOVE with this new ladyperson grows
YOU"LL GET re-inspired and on FIRE!!!

I'm still waiting,I personally havent had it since the later 90's,but
I have SERIOUS KINKS ta fix with my life(aka OUCH!!!!),plus a second job,doesent hurt either.

I too have a long way to go.Cyber or Moral from family or friends
is always welcome.

As for your meaning to your post,I would take any loving female
for a ""Cut Down or Vacation from bowling"" anytime!!!!!!

I know you will decide what is right Buzzhead,Good luck,more
