Any ball over $130 you are paying for hype.
To each his own but just because you don’t spend that doesn’t mean you are correct in your assumption. It’s clearly obvious how you operate your budget especially seeing your refusal to buy actual ball cleaner. But don’t sway others your route because you refuse to buy more expensive equipment. Nothing wrong with buying the cheaper balls like you choose to.
Now to the OP, the Rip’d line looks awesome. As other have said if you already love Hammer, it’s an absolute no brainer! You could give it another week or two and there will be plenty more reviews to go off. I’ve seen the Alias drilled both ways, not overally impressed.
Dude I have 30 balls almost all purchased in the last year so yeah you don't know crap about me. I have paid over $160 for several and regretted it every time. If nothing else when I see the same ball for $120 two or three months later. Keep thinking I am a hobo though (don't have to depend on a dying industry for my paycheck which is also why don't have to whore myself for balls). I bought my arsenal myself which is why I have learned not to chase the latest greatest hook monster that rolls out before the end for the first game. Besides Black Friday is the best time to go top shelf. There are a few balls over $130 that have stood the test of time like the Marvel Pearl, Paradox or the IQ Tour (still a 9/ machine on THS) but those are few and far between. Lot more top shelf duds over the years. Be my guest to try them out first and warn us but funny thing about bowling balls they don't spoil after 6 months. Also good for ball company X selling re-purposed general cleaner massively marked up. Bet they make more off those than they do their bowling balls (ie subsidize the printer sell the ink model, eternal consumables are where its at). Guess they need to make their bones too and glad they do but won't be off me.
(edit: Based on your shilling in the few posts you have total, guessing people paying inflated prices for balls and cleaners doesn't hurt your wallet at all huh marketing drone? By the way if you were good at your job you and your smarmy ilk on here wouldn't make me think really long and hard about the boundless arrogance before buying the brand you obviously represent, ie you are not an outlier. Believe it or not that matters to us here in the free market that have incredible pieces to choose from all ball families but sure keep thinking only yours matters.)
(edit2: Fine OP can do what he wants obviously and won't pee on anyone's shopping spree which yeah maybe should have kept my 2 cents to myself and would have said so if OP called me out instead of a rando shill. Still feel free to stimulate the economy.)
