do you use water after applying it like the bottle says or does anyone put something different on it after applying it.

I use a damp towel.  Always follow the instructions on the bottle.  That is some potent stuff.  

Oh yeah, if you get any on your hands, make sure you wash them right away.

You definately want to use water after cleaning, there will be a residue left. The water and/or as sir bowl-a-lot suggests a damp towel will help remove the residue.
