cleaners
« on: October 17, 2006, 05:52:43 AM »
hello all, i just bought two balls off of a guy on here, and was wondering what cleaners are the best for either/both?  i got an ebonite infinite one and a storm agent.

i have read the clean and dull seems like the best choice, didn't know for sure if i could use that on the agent too or not since its a polished ball.  any help would be great!

thanks
jason

Clean N Dull/Clean N Tacky is the very best ... regardless of the coverstock type; cleans the surface and draws oil out of the ball as well.

Clean n dull can be used on the agent but it does tend to dull the ball a little bit (hince the name.) For the Infinite One I would say clean and dull would be a great choice.  The Agent though I would look into the Clean n Tacky. That is what I use on my polished equipment and it is great.  Personally Track makes the best polishes and cleaners on the market right now.

Clean N Dull is the previous name; it's now called Clean N Tacky. Same same ...

Important to redo the cover on the infinite one. i would do it every 3-6 games,  using a 500 abralon pad,  and maybe go to a 1000 pad,   as for the agent,  i would clean it every 3 and re-polish it every six games.
storm #2 { 1500 grit compound } or something similar.

clean and dull/clean and tacky are excellent choices.
