I will chime in first. Been with Brunswick since 2005 and have enjoyed every minute of it. The pros are that I have paid for a ball only twice in that period. Brunswick sends me shirts, a ball of every new release (with few exceptions), business cards, and the help of knowledgeable people and staff who are eager to answer questions, etc. I can purchase additional performance balls at a VERY reduced cost. There are monetary perks if I place 1st or 2nd in a sanctioned regional PBA event, too.
Brunswick expects me to represent them in a positive way on and off the lanes. Endeavor to sell their product, and wear a Brunswick logo shirt during all competitive bowling activities. Be of assistance to pro shops if needed. Be of assistance and support to the area Product Specialist. Post reviews on websites, and provide feedback on equipment to the Product Specialist.
I have seen contracts from other companies, and feel that Brunswick has been very fair to me since day one. Other companies' contracts will be different, but I have never been happier than now with the product and support that "Big B" has provided to me. I hope to have a mutually beneficial relationship for years to come.
I cannot think of a real disadvantage, since Brunswick's equipment has been a great match with my game.
