small blister under callus

i usually get a callus all bowling season that isnt a problem. I trim in down with a pumus stone and it stays managable.
 
Well this year a get what looks like a small red blood blister under it that is really painful.
 
Cant seem to get ride of the small red dot(which i assume is a blood blister or sore)
 
advice to get ride of it or heel fast?

Have some one check your fit.  That is not suppose to happen.  Pitches and or span is probably wrong.
