Hey everyone,
I saw a topic on going from 16-14 lbs and all that stuff. But my question is that I was told by my coach that I should go up to 15 lbs for extra carry and the small weight increase. I honestly think that I don't need to though. I'm 15 years old and I feel comfortable with the 14 lb equipment that I have. Can anyone on here put any validity to what my coach said and why I should be going up to 15 lbs?
