Which will go straighter if used for a spare ball? Or would there be no visible difference?

I have both my rubber will turn more than my plastic, second issue is getting a pro shop that will actually work on a rubber ball.  everyone around here says the resins used for plugging will eat a rubber ball.

I use a polished rubber ball from the 60's for my spares.  The ball will bend a little bit on drier lanes but it's still well within my radius of error (!) for spares.

Having said that, I'm sure a plastic ball would go straighter.

Spend 60 bucks on a plastic ball that will probably last forever.
