Columbia

I'd like to thank Columbia 300 for replacing a year old Resurgence with a new ball, no questions asked.  Brought it out of mothballs and it cracked (the second Resurgence to do this)
They don't make Resurgences anymore but they gave me a Burst.
On the other hand my Storm double bag Rascal the bottom housing for my handle broke off and they pretty much said tough luck.  They don't make them any more so they don't have a handle for me.  I asked them to send me any handle and I would modify the bag, they said they can't do anything for me.

FYI As near as I can tell, from the Columbia fanatics here on ballreviews, the Burst is just a polished Resurgence. Same coverstock (any apparent pearlization is just part of the color of the coverstock, not part of the essence of the resin), same core. The only 2 differences are the colors of the resin and the polish on the ball. So, theoretically, if you sand the Burst to P1000 grit with an Abralon or a SiaAir pad, it will be the Resurgence.
