is this ball really for heavy oil because i was gonna wait and get the big one thats comming out but this ball looks pretty awesome too

The action is sort of a heavy oil ball btm gave it a hook rating of 55 can't find where thats coming from but its a ball that has an strong continous backend move on almost anything.  Its super strong. You will not be dissapointed by any means.
