I use Sonics by Roto Grip for dryish lanes. Sonic-X's, Ultra-Sonics, and Supersonics. However since you are now talking about using plastic, I have to assume you are talking about bowling on toast!
In those cases, most of the balls that I have that carry the best on that condition, are MoRich pieces. I have an Nsane Revs, drilled pin under ring with MB kicked right that carries well. I have a Shock and Awe, pin and MB stacked under the bridge that carries well; and I have an Onslaught drilled simple leverage, but pin down.....and this ball really carries well.
My original Blue Hammer can't be used on toast. The ball still has a lot of giddy-up and hooks entirely too much, even though it's urethane!
