Tuesday, 2/14, 4PM:
Just came back from watching "B" squad. Except for a few recognizable PBA names, most people were seriously lost. I felt so sorry for them. I almost couldn;t watch, but like a train wreck, sometimes it's so hard to take your eyes off a tragedy.
Voss, Duke, Machuga, Weber, Criss were their normal INCREDIBLE selves.
In the 3rd game of "B" Squad, after "A" squad bowled 6 games on fresh oil, Pete Weber was playing INSIDE the 6th arrow!.
- Voss and Kazimakis were standing in front of the ball return.
- Machuga was going up the 2 board.
- Surprisingly Walter Ray seemed lost.
- Saw Steve Cook bowling. Same old "Cookie Monster"; looks like he hasn't changed his game one bit since he and brother-in-law, Mike Aulby won the PBA doubles. He was off by a hair - leaving lots of solid single pin spares. I was kind of surprised by this also.
- Saw Richie Wolf - amazing release, lots of super smooth revs. He was scoring well +133 after 3 or 4 games. he was already at the 6th arrow, Oh, he's a lefty, in case no one remembers.
