Title: Completing my first trade...what do you use for shipping?

Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS?  Which is the best for reliability in shipping heavy stuff like bowling balls?

FedEx ground is a lot cheaper, and they get it there safely...

I think it's around $28 coast to coast using the post office - and around $14 using fedex ground.

I would have to disagree. I have had two bad experiences with fedex. I prefer UPS myself but have heard some good things about DHL. But have not personally used them. I say UPS.

I have used Fed ex ground for over a year shipping approx 50 balls and had 1 issue.. I have used ups 3 times and had 2 issues..

The bottom line is this. Any of the companies can screw up, so I just use the cheapest and thats Fed ex ground by about 20% over UPS and DHL. The post office is VERY bad and should never be used to ship bowling balls.,

Fed ex ground packages can be shipped from any Kinkos in the us which is also very convienant for most people as Kinkos are everywhere..
