I am not diminishing sons performance. I agree that there is alot more to bowling those scores than THS and Technology. I just think, that for others, averaging 200-210 to make the cut is closer to achievable and would goat others into particiaption which would provide more bowlers and more prize fund.
Bones, I have always believed that I am nothing more than slightly better than average. I am not dillusional. And I have always felt my son has more bowling talent than I. I fully expect him to achieve more than I ever thought I would or could. But I will tell you the truth, I HATE being in the crowd and watching son compete. It is far easier to compete.
My daughter is coming. She has yet to be really bit by the bowling bug. But she throws it better than alot of bowlers that do well in the SSJBA's in the masters division. She never practices... shows up to bowl and averages 210+. If she ever sets her mind to it, she might be better than both son and I. These are indeed exciting times for my family. Watching my kids grow is wonderfull.
