droping weight
« on: February 03, 2005, 01:08:59 PM »
I am dropping weight from16# to 15# this weekend. I am wondering was it tough for anyone getting used to the difference, or can you feel a noticeable difference?

I've just dropped from 14lb to 13lb, to allow my injury to heal.

I bought a NIB 13lb Zone Classic, and has been using it solely; my score has actually gone up, with no loss of carry.

And best of all, no pain!

Will go back to 14lb when I feel better though.

You should have no problem at all.

I have just switched to 15# equipment of tendonitis in the wrist and have had no problem with carry.  If anything, I had to get used to the speed and adjust to that.

There have been several posts about this dropping in weight thing lately. Go back over the last 2-3-4 weeks in the Misc. and you will see that when dropping in weight, you don't lose anything and a number of people like myself gaining from it.
