Every once in awhile a company will release blems that came out of the mold to small. Dont ask me how because I dont know. I do know that i bought a amf spectra ball by the way that was a blem lablel for amf. it was suposed to be a night hawk and when i asked the seller what the blem was he had no idea or at least said he didnt. Come to find out it they were small in diameter, my quater scale fitted very very losely on it. I had bought a case of the damn things and got stuck with them. I ended up throwing them in the garbage. So if the ball is small to begin with and you resurface it a couple of times, even though you can read the serial numbers doesnt mean it is leagal. Just an thought though.
