When I try to contact someone I click on the icon just to the right of the profile but after I type the message (hunt and peck) and click send my message is never sent. I am computor illiterate so can someone help me and tell what I am doing wrong.

How do you know it hasn't been sent?  I like to the click the "save in sent box" box so I can see the message if I need to (and confirm it has been sent).  It will also go from purple to yellow when the recipient has opened it.

That is why I don't think it has not been sent because I do check the message sent and there is never a affirmation there and sometimes it takes me awhile to type my question out.
